Tusculum University values the health and safety of all community members. Part of our effort to protect the Tusculum community is to gather information about the COVID-19 protection status of employees to aid in our contact tracing process, implementation of other safety protocols and adherence to government regulations. The information you provide is confidential and will only be made available to the Executive Cabinet, the Human Resources Department, and your direct supervisor. For a faculty member, the information will also be made available to the dean of your college. If you do not complete the survey, you will be classified as “not protected” and will be required to follow all safety protocols for those not protected.
